CranioSacral Therapy (CST) supports the release of tensions and restrictions from physical traumas, realigning structure and restoring free function of body and mind processes.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER) supports the release of tensions and restrictions stored in the body (soma) from emotional traumas and realigns mind and heart to a true perspective, opening us to feel joy, serenity, and unity—to be at one.

After having my baby, he struggled severely with colic and was diagnosed with torticollis and significant tension.
